Important Utah DUI Roadblock Tips

• You are not required to proceed towards a DUI checkpoint if you can legally maneuver away from the Utah sobriety roadblock.
• Medical marijuana prescriptions issued from other states are not legally recognized by the State of Utah. As soon as you cross the Utah State boarder, you can be charged with a DUI if you drive while under the influence of Marijuana.
